What drinks do you serve?

Our standard menu features handcrafted espresso beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, and mochas, along with hot chocolate and chai. We also offer iced options, dairy-free milk alternatives, and flavored syrups. Decaf espresso is available upon request. Custom specialty drinks and seasonal selections can be added to match your event or brand.

How many people can you serve?

On average, one professional barista can serve 40–50 drinks per hour, depending on the menu and level of customization. For larger events, adding an additional cart is recommended to maintain speed and minimize wait times. Share your guest count with us, and we’ll recommend the appropriate set up to ensure smooth, efficient service.

What are the space and power-water requirements?

We typically require an 8’ x 6’ space for setup. Access to a standard 120V outlet (20-amp preferred) is ideal, especially for larger events or premium equipment. We bring our own water supply and do not require a direct water connection. If your venue has specific limitations, let us know in advance and we’ll coordinate accordingly.

Do you offer non-coffee, dairy-free, decaf, or allergen-friendly options?

Absolutely! At Capitol Coffee Catering, we’ve got a delightful selection to please every palate and dietary restriction. Beyond our espresso creations, we serve hot chocolate, chai, matcha, and exciting seasonal specials. Need a dairy-free option? No problem! We offer oat milk and other alternatives upon request, along with decaf and sugar-free syrups to satisfy every need.
